This Watermelon Feta Salad is fresh and light – perfect for summer. Cubed watermelon, blueberries, feta, basil, and a honey lime drizzle.

Looking for the perfect summer dish? This Watermelon Feta Salad is great as a side dish for a BBQ or really any summer meal. The honey lime drizzle really makes the flavors pop. I love how the sweet watermelon contrasts the creamy feta and the tart honey lime drizzle. The basil adds the perfect sweet earthiness to the salad and the blueberries are a fresh bite.
Bonus, it’s a fun red, white, and blue dish if you’re feeling festive for Memorial Day or 4th of July. (Click here to see my other patriotic dishes.)

I love a great salad that has fruit but isn’t a mushy fruit salad. This Watermelon Feta Salad is fresh and crisp and light – it’s perfect for summer.
Berries are delicious in summer but also are packed with antioxidants. Just one cup of berries can provide all the disease-fighting antioxidants you need for a single day.
Watermelon Feta Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 watermelon, cubed into bite-sized pieces (I think the watermelon tastes best chilled – refrigerate the watermelon before cutting)
- 1½-2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- 3 limes juiced
- 3 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Start by making the honey lime drizzle. Whisk together the lime juice and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a large serving bowl, mix together the watermelon, blueberries, and basil.
- Top with the honey lime drizzle and mix well. Then add the crumbled feta on top. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
