They start with Carne Asada seared steak layered with tons of jack cheese, piled onto tortilla chips loaded up with tomatoes, fresh corn, black beans, jalapenos, cilantro, more cheese, and HERDEZ® Avocado Hot Sauce.

I have been using HERDEZ® salsas and sauces for years – they are a great way to uplevel the flavor of any of your Mexican dishes. When they reached out about partnering up, I knew I’d love to work with them and support a company whose products I’ve already loved for years. HERDEZ® products are not only the number 1 selling salsa brand in Mexico, but they’re also made with simple, quality ingredients with tons of bold flavor.

New Hot Sauce

Recently, HERDEZ® launched a new product – their Avocado Hot Sauce. I’ve used their Guacamole Salsa for years, so I was excited to try this new hot sauce. It tastes just like the green hot sauce you get at authentic Mexican street taco stands. It is made with real avocados and has a creamy and tangy flavor with a touch of heat – it will transform any of your Mexican dishes.

I hope you’ll love this Avocado Hot Sauce on these Carne Asada Steak Nachos – it uplevels the flavor of the nachos. The hot sauce along with tons of layers of cheese make these the best nachos you’ll ever try. If you make the marinade the day before, the meal comes together so quickly, and bonus: the carne asada flavor comes through really well the longer it marinades.
