Need the easiest, fastest, gooey Sunday afternoon dessert recipe? These Magic Bars could have no better name. Magic because of the gooey, chocolately, coconuty, graham cracker deliciousness – but also magic because they take 5 minutes to prep, use mostly pantry ingredients you already have on hand, and bake easily in 25 minutes, in ONE PAN. No batches friends. These bars are magic.

Here’s the simple recipe – some people also add chopped pecans but my kids requested no nuts, so here they are, no nuts, but still magical and gooey.
Magic Bars
Ingredients
- 2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips (can also sub butterscotch or another flavor you’d like)
- 1.5 c. coconut flakes
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Once mixed press into 9×13 pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over crumb crust (you need 2 c. total of chips, but you can use any kind and combination you’d like).
- Sprinkle coconut on top of chips. Add nuts here if you’re using them.
- Pour can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over ingredients in pan. Make sure it's all covered. Pouring this on last keeps the coconut from burning.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes until sides are golden brown and starting to pull away from pan. Slice into squares and enjoy the magic.
