Homemade Acai Bowl
I love acai bowls. I feel like putting a smoothie in a bowl and adding some fruit makes it really feel like a meal. Hope you love these too!
Homemade Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c. strawberries
- 2 tsp. acai powder
- 1 c. almond milk
- 1 c. ice
- handful of spinach
- drizzle of honey
- banana, berries, coconut, granola, honey (for topping)
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together. Add more ice to increase thickness.
- Pour into bowl and top with fruit, granola, coconut, or anything else you'd like.
