Favorite Fall Salads

In addition to the crisp sunny weather, the leaves changing, and the kids back to school, one of my favorite parts of fall is the food. Apples, cinnamon, pumpkin, cranberries, sweet potatoes, and so many more delicious fall ingredients. Fall ingredients are hearty yet fresh and flavorful – one of my favorite things to eat in the fall are big salads filled with lots of delicious fall ingredients.
This month I was featured on the Rent.com blog! Check out the article here: Fall Dinner Party Menu. Rent.com featured some of my advice for delicious Fall Salads on their post about Fall Dinner Parties – see the whole post here! I love fall salads that include fresh bright ingredients like pomegranates or cranberries, but that also combine warm flavorful veggies like Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes.
These are my favorite fall salads, linked below. Hope you get a chance to make a couple of them this fall!
- Autumn Arugula Salad with Sweet Potato & Burrata
- Fall Harvest Salad with Pomegranates & Pecans
- Pomegranate Pear Salad with Orange Vinaigrette
- Roasted Veggie Bowl with Shredded Beef and Chimichurri Sauce
Be sure to tag me @plumstreetcollective if you make any of these. Happy Fall!
