Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Homemade cranberry sauce just makes me so happy inside. I can’t even handle how much better it tastes than canned sauce. This sauce is so easy. Make it up before you need it and keep it in a jar in the fridge. You’re welcome!

Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c fresh squeezed orange juice about juice of 2-3 oranges, depending on size
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries

Instructions

  • Bring juice and sugar to boil in a sauce pan.
Add cranberries and cook until berries start to pop and the skins burst.
Lower heat and cook until sauce begins to thicken a bit, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Let cool then spoon into a jar to store in fridge.
