Fudgy One Bowl Brownies
These brownies are our go-to – they are so easy! They are thick and chewy, and so dang easy to throw together. I love adding Milk Chocolate Chips for a sweet creamy flavor in each bit.
One of my favorite brownie tips is to cut them with a plastic knife – it keeps them from crumbling all over the place. Brownies are one of my desserts – I’d take a cookie or chewy bar over a fancy dessert any day!
Fudgy One Bowl Brownies
These brownies are easy and delicious! Thick and chewy and super chocolatey – and best part is they come together in only about 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, unsalted (melted)
- 1.5 cups white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1½ cups chocolate chips or chunk (I like Milk Chocolate Chips in this)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13" pan with cooking spray.
- Combine dry ingredients. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients.
- Add in 1 cup of the chocolate and mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan and top with additional 1/2 cup of chocolate.
- Bake for 25 minutes until just set. You only want them barely set so they don't turn cakey. Let cool for 10-15 minutes then cut (with a plastic knife) and enjoy!
