Ingredients

  • 8-10 oz. goat cheese (log(s) - not crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 5 teaspoons hot honey (divided)
  • 2/3 cup fig jam
  • 3/4 cup shelled and salted pistachios (chopped)
  • crackers for serving

Instructions

Whipped Goat Cheese

  • Unwrap goat cheese log(s) and place into a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or place into a bowl and use a hand mixer).
  • Whip the goat cheese on medium speed until smooth.
  • Add in heavy cream and 3 teaspoons of hot honey. Whip until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Transfer whipped goat cheese to an airtight container and store in the fridge for at least 15 minutes but up to overnight to chill.

For Serving

  • When ready to serve, spread the whipped goat cheese evenly on a serving platter or shallow serving bowl.
  • Top the whipped goat cheese with dollops of fig jam and spread evenly (it may mix a little with the goat cheese, but that's ok).
  • Evenly top the fig jam with the chopped pistachios.
  • Top the pistachios with about 2 teaspoons of hot honey, drizzled evenly over the dip.
  • Serve immediately with crackers (or flat pretzels or chips). Enjoy!
  • (Dip stores well for up to 2 days in the fridge, covered with airtight plastic wrap or in an airtight container.)
