When ready to serve, spread the whipped goat cheese evenly on a serving platter or shallow serving bowl.
Top the whipped goat cheese with dollops of fig jam and spread evenly (it may mix a little with the goat cheese, but that's ok).
Evenly top the fig jam with the chopped pistachios.
Top the pistachios with about 2 teaspoons of hot honey, drizzled evenly over the dip.
Serve immediately with crackers (or flat pretzels or chips). Enjoy!
