The Turkey Pomodoro Sandwich from Hagermann's Cafe in Utah is filled with turkey, Havarti, pepper jelly, marinara, cucumber, & greens. If you miss Hagermann's Bakehouse Cafe, you will love this sandwich! It's a unique combination of ingredients but trust me, they taste great together.

Ingredients
Hoagie rolls or French bread (toasted)
good quality deli turkey slices (I used peppered turkey breast)
sliced Harvarti cheese
marinara sauce
jalapeno pepper jelly
sliced cucumbers
greens (I used arugula but you could also use green leaf lettuce)
Instructions
Slice bread or rolls, and then toast them.
Once toasted, spread a generous layer of marinara sauce on one side of the bread. Then spread a generous layer of the pepper jelly on the other side.
On top of the pepper jelly, stack the turkey, then greens, then cucumber, then Harvarti cheese.
Finish the sandwich by placing the piece of bread with the marinara on top.
Slice in half and enjoy!
Optional: if you'd like the whole sandwich warm, you can toast the bread with the cheese, marinara, and turkey on it, then add the cold ingredients after toasting.
