This Creamy Chocolate Almond Smoothie Bowl is FILLED with protein. It will keep you full and energized for hours - the perfect breakfast - delicious, healthy, and filling.

  • 11 oz chocolate protein drink or chocolate almond milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • handful ice
  • chopped chocolate, for topping optional
  • chia seeds, for topping optional
  • chopped almonds, for topping optional
  • extra almond butter, for topping


  1. Place all ingredients except ice in blender. Puree until smooth. 

  2. Add handful of ice and puree again until well blended. 

  3. Pour immediately into a bowl. If desired, add toppings as you like. Enjoy!
