Dragonfruit Coconut Smoothie Bowl

This makes a full blender of smoothie (I use it for my whole family) so feel free to scale it down if you're just making it for 1 or 2 people.

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 c. chopped pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • half a dragon fruit chopped
  • large handful of spinach
  • 3 c. ice


  1. Place all ingredients in blender except ice.
  2. Blend until very smooth. Add ice and blend again to thicken and chill the smoothie. Add more or less depending on how cold you like it.
  3. Once smooth, pour into a bowl and top with fruit or toppings of your choice. I used unsweetened coconut and dragonfruit and it was great.
