Mango Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • toppings as needed (almonds, mango, dragon fruit, bananas, coconut)


  1. First puree coconut milk and mango in food processor (or blender).
  2. Once smooth add pineapple and banana. If you're using a blender and worried it will be too thick, try grating your banana.
