Place cranberries in a food processor. Pulse until rough chopped.
Add in green onions, jalapeno, cilantro, cumin, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Pulse until all ingredients are chopped finely into a relish-like consistency.
Remove from food processor and with a spoon, mix in pomegranates. Place mixture into fridge for 4 hours, up to overnight, for the flavors to come together.
To serve, spread softened cream cheese into a pie dish or platter with edges. Pour cranberry mixture over the softened cream cheese. Serve with crackers or chips.
