Lightened Up BBQ Chicken Pizza

  • 1 Flatout tortilla
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce (I love Stubb's but any lower calorie BBQ sauce works)
  • 1/2 c light shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz grilled chicken, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c water
  • fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Meanwhile, heat a small sautee pan to medium high heat. Place red onions into pan. Add water and place a lid on top. Cook until soft. Set aside.

  3. In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp. of the BBQ sauce with the chicken.

  4. Assemble pizza by putting 2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce onto Flatout tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Then add chicken and cooked red onions.

  5. Cook in the oven at 400 for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted. 

  6. Remove from oven and top with chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

This recipe is made for 1 person, but can easily be multiplied for more.
