Homemade Cranberry Sauce
- 1 c fresh squeezed orange juice about juice of 2-3 oranges, depending on size
- 1 c sugar
- 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
Bring juice and sugar to boil in a sauce pan.Add cranberries and cook until berries start to pop and the skins burst.Lower heat and cook until sauce begins to thicken a bit, about 3-5 minutes.Remove from heat. Let cool then spoon into a jar to store in fridge.
