Menu Planner Printable
To go along with my Year of Intentional Living project, I’ve chose January to focus on health. (Rather than working on a bunch of resolutions at once, I’m doing one a month.) To focus on health in January, I’ve been making a lot of salads + greens and needing to have a lot of ingredients on hand (must have the right foods on hand so I don’t fall off the plan ;). I used to use our smaller meal planning notepads to plan menus and shop, but I’ve found those are getting small for us. They work best for a smaller family – we have 6 people now and our grocery lists are pretty big! I’ve created this new menu planner that is 8.5×11″. Much better size for a big grocery shop! You can get a notepad of it in the shop (52 pages so it will last all year) or you can click right here or the image above to print it out! I thought this Menu Planner Printable might be nice to help you plan out your meals and grocery trips. I love having my shopping lists organized by category, otherwise I always forget something.
