I placed my custom product order. Do I need to do anything else?
Yes! Within 2 days of purchase, we will email you a custom preview which you must approve before we can process you case. Please watch for this message from us and reply promptly so you can receive your case without delay! Also, please double-check your email address upon checkout to make sure it is correct.
Where does this store ship from?
All of our cases ship directly from our manufacturers in the USA. We will notify you once your package ships so you can be on the lookout for it.
What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
Since each item is so unique, there are no returns on our cases/covers. You will have a chance to approve your design before it is produced and sent to you. We will always work with you, however, if a product is broken or not functioning correctly! Please be sure to email us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For most products shipping domestically, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the receipt of your custom product. Items may ship sooner than that. You will be emailed a shipping notification once your order is on its way. International orders can take an additional 2 weeks.
What shipping method is used for your products? Will all of my products arrive in one shipment?
We currently utilize several manufacturers to fulfill our orders. This means that we use various shipping methods (USPS, FedEx, etc). If you have a specific shipping request, please notify us before placing your order and we will do all we can to assist you. Because we have several manufacturers, your items may arrive in separate shipments. Please be aware of this when ordering.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
In most cases, we can ship internationally. If you have a country-specific question, please contact us before placing your order. We will always promptly refund orders that cannot be fulfilled because of shipping limitations.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
Are your smartphone products just stickers?
No! These are actual HARD CASES for your smartphone device, not stickers. Each smartphone case is printed with a process that embeds the image deep into the case’s surface. This helps preserve the quality of your printed case design and decreases the chance of your design rubbing off.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! If you see another monogram or color option that you would like to apply to the case design you’ve chosen, please indicate those details to us in the “notes” section made available during checkout.
Do you offer discounts for high-quantity or group purchases?
Yes. We can offer discounts for groups or high-quantity orders so long as they do not require a lot of customization. We’ve worked with businesses and bridal parties in the past and would love to chat with you about your high-quantity purchase as well.
