Eating Healthy with FAGE Total Split Cups

As you may know from my last couple posts, this year I’ve been working on six resolutions as part of my Year of Intentional Living project. Rather than creating a huge, unattainable list of tons of resolutions, I decided to choose only six areas to improve. Of those areas the most important to me this year is HEALTH. As I’ve been trying to lose my baby weight and maintain a fit lifestyle, I’ve been looking for snacks that are quick and easy, delicious, and nutritional. I love losing weight with easy but nutritious options – it helps me to feel balanced and not like my diet is overtaking everything else in my life!

I’m so glad I found FAGE Total Split Cups – they’re all-natural creamy Greek yogurt on one side with fruit topping on the other side. I love the 2% FAGE Total Split Cups – they have more protein than sugar! The protein keeps me so full – they are so satisfying. It’s been much easier eating healthy with FAGE Total Split Cups.

I’ve been having them after I workout and they keep me FULL so I don’t have to be eating as much. (If you want to learn more about them click here.) Best part of eating healthy with FAGE Total Split Cups? Each Total 2% Split Cup blueberry only has 130 calories – pretty awesome for such a filling snack! It’s rich in protein, not sugar!

These helped me reach my weight loss goals last month and I definitely plan to keep eating them this month! Have you tried them? Are you going to?
